Both facilities are Athletic facilities that host a number of Campus Recreation events.
Planetarium Exhibit / Wednesday Nov. 11, 5:00-5:30
The Haile Digital Planetarium, which opened in 2007, is the first laser projection planetarium
system to ever be installed on an educational institution's campus anywhere in the world. Sit
back and watch this amazing 30 minute show!
Dinner and Social / Wednesday Nov. 11, 6:00-11:00pm
Food, Games & Fun! Join us for a night of fun at GameWorks at Newport on the Levee! Dinner
and gamecards are provided! Get to know your fellow KIRSA members at the most popular
entertainment district in Northern Kentucky!
Educational Sessions
Attention GA’s and Professional Staff!If you are interested in presenting at this conference, please fill out the KIRSA
Presentation Proposal form enclosed. These forms are due by October 23.

October 31, so make sure you book your room by then!
Students...stay in the Campus Recreation Center for Free!
In order to cut student costs, the Campus Rec Center at NKU will be open on Thursday for
students to stay overnight. Make sure you bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.
Parking...remember your ticket!
When you arrive on campus, please park in Parking Garage on Kenton Drive. You will need totake a ticket upon entering. Bring that ticket in with you to the Registration Table, and we
will stamp your ticket. When leaving the parking garage, give the stamped ticket to the
parking attendant and you will not have to pay for parking.
