  • Classes run from Jan. 9 to March 3, 2017
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class. No late entrance is allowed once class has begun.
  • A current fitness waiver and NKU All Card / CRC tag / Guest Pass is required to attend all classes.
  • All classes are located in the Campus Recreation Center.
  • Participants must be 13 years of age or older to attend Norse Fitness classes that are not designated "FAMILY" in the title.
  • For "FAMILY" classes, participants must be 6 years old or older to participate.
