  • All classes are Free to NKU students, faculty / staff, and CRC members.
  • A current FitPass is required to attend all Norse Fitness classes. Obtain your free FitPass at the AHC 104.
  • All classes are located in the Campus Recreation Center.
  • Classes run from Wednesday, Oct. 21 to Saturday, Dec. 12.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. No late entrance is allowed once class has begun.
  • Aquacise is in the CRC Pool.
  • There will be NO Norse Fitness classes from November 26-29.
