Abs & Arms:
Sculpt sexy shoulders and a defined upper body. Focus on upper body exercises including abs and back. ALL

Abs Xpress:
Hate doing crunches on your own? Take this 20 minute class to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles. ALL

Boxing Bootcamp:

Tired of kickboxing? Kick it up a notch with a technical approach to boxing with strength, cardio, and agility drills. ALL

Butts & Gutts:
Just as the name says, a great lower body conditioning class. ALL

Cardio Dance:
45minutes of movin' and groovin' is what this class is all about.  Come "on tour" for a street style choreographed, non-stop dancing workout! ALL

Cycle 1:
All terrain ride includes flats, hills, jumps and sprints designed to teach you the proper techniques of cycling. ALL

Cycle 2:
Turn up the resistance, and get ready to hit the road! Take cycling to the next level with longer and more driven rides. INT/ADV

Cycle Remix:
Experience the best of cycling with this class full of skills, thrills, and drills sure to keep you moving and motivated! ALL

Dance Groove:
Can't get enough of lunch groove? This 45 minute class gives you the moves and skills necessary to impress and lead the way at your next dance opportunity! So much fun, you'll forget you're getting a cardio workout! ALL

Healthy Start:
Ready to lose weight? Healthy Start is a unique introduction to fitness and nutrition that will change how you approach weight loss. ALL / Registration is Required

Kickboxing:

Lunch Groove!:

Muscle Mix:
Use our sculpting tools to experience a total body strength training class. ALL

Norse Extreme:
Boot Camp has gone to a whole new level. We've added more drills, circuits, and tools to  take you to the Extreme! INT/ADV

Pilates:
A combination of core strength and flexibility. Flow through a series of movements to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. ALL

Power Pump:
4 minutes of sculpting dedicated to one body part, and 1 minute of rest in between. No fancy choreography here and no excuses! INT/ADV

Rise & Ride:
Get energized, feel refreshed, and ready for your day with a great cycling ride. ALL

Roll-ates:
Aah! Your body deserves a gentle break! Utilize the foam roller to improve balence, posture, and body awareness. Pilates-inspired moves are incorporated for a strong and sculpted back and core. ALL
 
Step:
This classic aerobics class will give you the best in cardio while stepping up and down a 4, 6, or 8 inch platform. ALL

Yoga Flow:
Full body workout consisting of postures, conscious breath, relaxation, and flexibility. ALL
